DELIVERY

Where a delivery cannot be completed because the address, telephone number or other information supplied by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply.
ORDER INSPECTION

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible ready-to-wear products may be considered for exchange or return in accordance with CLAVAY's published Returns & Exchange Policy.
To qualify, an item may be required to:
Be unworn and unused; Remain in its original condition; Have all original tags attached; Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, alterations or damage; and Be returned within the applicable return or exchange period.
Items that have been customised, altered, made to individual measurements or produced as bespoke orders may not be eligible for return or exchange except where the item is defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
SIZE & FIT
Customers are responsible for reviewing the CLAVAY Fit & Measurement Guide before placing an order. Our size charts and fit recommendations provide guidance, but fit may vary depending on individual body proportions, garment construction, fabric and personal preferences. BESPOKE ORDERS
Bespoke enquiries are subject to approval. A bespoke request becomes an order only after the design specifications, price, timeline and payment requirements have been agreed and a deposit has been made.
Once production begins, changes may not always be possible.Because bespoke garments are produced according to agreed individual requirements, cancellation, refund and exchange conditions may differ from those applicable to standard ready-to-wear products.
These conditions will be communicated before the bespoke order is confirmed.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid only during the stated promotional period and subject to any additional conditions communicated by CLAVAY. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers. CLAVAY reserves the right to withdraw a promotion where misuse, error or fraud is reasonably suspected.
