Requesting a cancellation
Contact Clavay within 2 hours after your request has been submitted if you need to cancel. A cancellation is not confirmed until Clavay acknowledges it.
Ready-to-wear orders
Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its fulfilment status. Orders already dispatched may need to be handled under the applicable returns or refund process.
Custom and bespoke work
Cancellation may be limited after consultations, fabric sourcing, pattern work, cutting, alterations, or production have begun. Any amount retained will reflect work completed, commitments made, and the terms confirmed for the order.
Changes instead of cancellation
Where practical, Clavay may discuss changes to timing, design, or fulfilment as an alternative to cancellation.
